Cancellation and refund policy
The student may cancel this agreement within five calendar days of signing for a full refund. After the fifth day and before the program start date, all tuition paid is refunded less a registration fee of $150. After the program begins, refunds are prorated by the percentage of the program completed up to 50%; no refund is made after 50% of the program is completed. Refunds are issued within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Attendance and completion
Live session attendance, eLearning completion, practicum hours and faculty sign-off are required for certification, as listed in the program requirements.
Student acknowledgment
I have read this agreement, including the refund policy, and I understand that this is a legally binding agreement upon signature. I understand that Gaja Collective is a licensed school in the State of Ohio and that complaints may be directed to the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools.
