This certification is educational and professional in nature. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
More than a certification

This is more than a certification. It's a return to what's true.

If yoga has already changed your life, quietly or completely, you may feel the call to go deeper. Not to perfect postures, but to understand the intelligence behind the practice.

To learn how breath changes the nervous system. How philosophy becomes a way of living. How Ayurveda restores a relationship with nature. How skillful teaching becomes service.

This training is designed for students who want depth: who want to study yoga as an integrated discipline and share it with care. Whether your goal is to deepen your personal practice or step into the role of a skilled, sought-after teacher, you get expert mentorship, a structured curriculum and a holistic approach that blends ancient wisdom, scientific validation and modern accessibility.

What Gaja yoga teachers are saying.

  • “

Everything I'd learned over decades of personal development, mindset work, meditation and breathwork was rooted in the wisdom of yoga all along. Gaja's emphasis on meditation and Ayurveda opened my eyes to a wholeness I hadn't experienced before. This training isn't just about yoga. It's about remembering who you are.

    Johanna Moore, MD
Longevity coach, owner of Wholesum Clinic, Gaja yoga teacher
  • “

This training reminded me to come back to the heart of nursing, to humanize, to slow down, and to extend grace to myself, those I lead and the patients we serve. It strengthened my self-awareness, communication and ability to hold space for others with more steadiness and compassion.

    Kallie Gutierrez, BSN, RN, HNB-BC
    Registered nurse, Gaja yoga teacher
  • “

An outstanding program that goes above and beyond to ensure students are prepared both as exceptional teachers and as living embodiments of the light within. All of the teachers were exceptional in their expertise and their unique expression of conscious, heart-based living.
